  I have been a loyal client of Yates Faison since March of 2004. I am a professional Real Estate Investor buying and selling single family homes in Mecklenburg County. Over the years Yates has completed too many transactions for me to recall. As a matter of fact he was located in the University area at a time when I conducted most of my business within a 5 mile radious of Uptown Charlotte. This made it very convenient for us to utilize Yates services. A couple years back Yates relocated to Cornelious about the same time we decided to focus only on the Mathews, Ballantyne, Pineville and South Charlotte area. Still we faithfully travel and do all our closings with Yates Faison because he is in fact dependable, honest, ethical, friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Yates Faison for all your real estate needs.
